In our music lessons this term, we have been learning all about the rock song 'Living On A Prayer' by Bon Jovi. We have identified different parts of the song, such as the verses, chorus, intro, instrumentals and bridge and have been learning to sing all of these too - we are actually pretty good rock singers in Year 5! We have also been talking about instruments, notation and pitch and using the glockenspiels to practise playing a rhythm to accompany our singing. Next stop - rock concert!!
