For our DT unit this term, we are focusing on structures, around a pavilion design. The children used marshmallows and cocktail sticks to help develop their ideas of what forms a strong shape and stable structure. Stay tuned for further updates!

December - We have continued to work hard over the last few weeks planning out our pavilion structures. We designed our frames and then, over the past couple of days, we have constructed them. We are so pleased with the outcome and the free standing structures were all correct against our success criteria. Well done Year 4!
